Do my guests need to install an app?+
No. They book from the mobile browser, directly on your digital menu. They just pick date, time and party size.
Can I limit tables per shift?+
Yes. Set max capacity, booking duration and time slots per service (lunch, dinner…). When a shift is full, those times become unavailable.
Do you charge commission per booking?+
No. Bookarta uses a fixed monthly fee. Bookings are unlimited within your plan. No percentages or surprises.
Which plan includes bookings?+
Reservations Only (€14/mo), Menu + Bookings (€18/mo) and above. Also during the 14-day free trial when you sign up.
Do I get notified when a booking arrives?+
Yes. Bookings appear instantly in your panel and confirmation emails go to the guest (with configurable restaurant notifications).
