Yes. The Group plan (€79/mo) is built for chains, franchises and hospitality groups with up to 5 locations. Each restaurant gets everything in Premium: digital menu, reservations, translation to 5 languages, custom domain and no Bookarta branding. You manage all menus and reservations from one account with centralised access to each venue. If you need more than 5 restaurants, contact us at info@bookarta.es.

Subscriptions are billed in euros (€) via Stripe. If you are in the UK or Switzerland, your card provider converts the amount at its own rate. The price on screen is always the final euro amount — Bookarta adds no currency markup.

Reservations are included from the Pro plan (and during the 14-day free trial). Guests book a table directly from your digital menu: they pick a date, time and party size. You set shifts, schedules, capacity and availability from the dashboard. Reservations arrive in real time with confirmation and email notifications. You can review history and manage everything without installing software or paying per-booking fees.

Yes, with AI. The Basic plan does not include translation. From Pro you can translate into 2 languages; on Premium and Group, up to 5: English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. AI translates sections, dishes, descriptions, allergens and labels. Guests choose their language from a selector on the public menu. Ideal for tourist areas or venues with international customers.

No. Bookarta is built for hospitality teams with no technical background. Upload your menu as a photo or PDF and AI extracts dishes, prices and descriptions in minutes. The dashboard is 100% visual: edit dishes, switch templates, enable reservations and publish your menu without touching code. On Premium we help you connect your custom domain. In most cases your menu is live in under 30 minutes.

Yes, anytime and instantly. All four plans include 10 professional templates (Elegant, Modern, Noir, Brisa, Bloom and more). Switch designs with one click from the dashboard and your content — dishes, photos, prices and sections — stays intact. Templates work on mobile and desktop, and you can try different styles until you find the one that fits your venue.
